A. True Ott Exposed

Los Angeles, CA --Death threats e-mailed to two journalists, sent by a fake doctor using a half dozen aliases, directs Justice Department investigators to an anti-government, Bush-hating, crime-ring believed involved in the January 8, 2011, shootings of Arizona's chief federal judge John Roll and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, according to court documents filed in California.

Investigative journalists Sherri Kane and Dr. Leonard Horowitz are filing charges with the FBI in San Francisco, the Superior Court of California, and the San Jose police department, seeking protection from a man named "Dr. True Ott" of Ogden, UT, claiming the unaccredited doctor of nutrition is an accomplice in a conspiracy to assassinate political targets and journalists.

Dr. Horowitz, a Harvard-trained, internationally-acclaimed, author and filmmaker, is pleading for protection by law enforcers, urging investigators to examine e-mails that True Ott, and his aliases, sent Kane, bearing on the shooting spree of Jared Lee Loughner, accused of killing six people, including George H.W. Bush appointee, Judge John Rolls. The gunman seriously wounded Arizona Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, and 13 others.

Loughner, who passed an FBI background check to purchase his firearm, was a "Bush-hater" according to news reports. His mental illness is evidenced on his YouTube postings that True Ott referenced on his website prior to sending Kane the latest in a series of cryptic threatening e-mails posted on her website, SherriKane.com. His latest stated, "ps. I hope that my photo was useful, gifford didn't think so. too bad, I didn't make the order."

The above photo-comparison was posted on the Internet by True Ott on January 20, 2011, a dozen days after the “Tucson Massacre.” It links to an article that has zero to do with the suspect, Loughner, or the event. But the title of the article True Ott wrote: “Will the REAL ‘Jared Lee Loughner’ Please Stand Up!!!”. Another article, posted by Ott a week after the shootings, similarly slings anti-Semitic mud that Ott heralds as “The Death Cult of Jared Loughner.” Investigators much ask, therefore, “Why would Ott, soon after the murders, after extensive research and reporting on Lougnher posted elsewhere on the Internet, post these anti-Jewish articles that have little to do with the massacre, and everything to do with anti-Jewish propaganda?”

The reference to "gifford" and "the order" in Ott’s e-mail stream, prompted Kane to study Ott's background and earlier mails, sent under the aliases "David Main," "John Smith," "Loquai Adamane," and "Flamedragon." Identical subject headings and sentences were used by Ott and Adamane, who signed as Main and Flamedragon, publishing similar anti-government, seeming-psychotic, ramblings to Laughner's postings on YouTube. These were giveaways to the common identities and ideologies of these men who revealed themselves as members of death cults known as Santa Muerte, the Hister Youth, and/or the Temple of Set.

This e-mail linking Ott to Loughner came in response to Kane and Horowitz publishing a lengthy investigation report tying Ott to a group of rogue CIA/FBI agent provocateurs associated with Temple of Set founder, Michael Aquino, and retired FBI Division 5 chief, Ted Gunderson, who had lied about his marriage to Church of Satan heiress, Diane Rively. Ott and his co-conspirators--Greg Szymanski, Doug Millar, and Timothy Patrick White--had libeled Horowitz repeatedly since 2009, and were identified by photographs in the article. The men, in alliance with Gunderson and several others claiming to be "Bible Believers," falsely claimed Horowitz was a Maltese knight of the Pope, and Kane and he were of the "spawn of Satan" because they are both Jewish (despite their proclaimed love for Jesus).

"I hope that my photo was useful, gifford didn't think so," Ott wrote, using his alias, John Smith, addressed from: loquai72@yahoo.com, but signed as "David Main."

(Editor’s note and update: Ott now claims he is being framed by NSA agents, and that his alias, “David Main,” is a real person living in Sandpoint, ID. However, Ott’s story in extending an “Olive Branch?” does not add up.)

Kane's background check on Ott showed he claimed a Ph.D. in nutrition from the "American College in Washington, D.C.," not accredited to issue such diplomas, nor offer anyone but doctor-members certification for continuing education.

Ott's company, MotherEarth Minerals, Inc., sells a variety natural health products, much like Dr. Horowitz does, and heralds a Labvirus.com website that discredits everything discussed. "I'm your sexy wet dream, baby, yeah!" declares his anonymous Labvirus.com host, "Alex (not Jones)."

Why would True Ott, who allegedly depends on the public for MotherEarth Minerals customers, not only tie himself to people who discredit themselves and him, but broadcast Jewish hate messages in efforts to libel Horowitz and Kane? Clearly, this is not simply about stealing Dr. Horowitz’s HealthyWorldStore.com business.

The MKULTRA Mind Control Link to Loughner and Black-ops

Ott discrediting himself, according to substantial material evidence, is standard operations for those assigned to COINTELPRO--the CIA/FBI counter-intelligence program aimed at political dissidents. This kind of propaganda generates "controlled opposition," mass confusion, hypnotized members, Manchurian-candidate-like assassins, and fear. The program is linked to True Ott, who claims he is a "shining light on the CIA's MKULTRA mind-control program.". The mind-controllers, and the dissidents hypnotized to serve them, become obsessed with anti-government, anti-New World Order, anti-religion, anti-corporations propaganda; and threats of terrorism and apocalypse. This was Loughner’s apparent mode of operation, completely consistent with his YouTube postings.

Backgound on True Ott and Political Assassinations

Years ago, Ott claimed to have started a "grassroots organization" dedicated to the environment called the Citizens for Responsible and Sustainable Agriculture (C.R.S.A.). In reality, the group was a front for prominent wealthy financiers engaged in controlling resources and human population, including the Rockefeller Family Fund, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and Turner Foundation.

His own writings dubiously link Ott to the death of John F. Kennedy, Jr. Within days of Ott allegedly getting Kennedy a copy of "The Gem Stone File #5," that he acquired from an undisclosed source, Kennedy died in a suspicious airplane crash. The file, according to Ott, contained, "the FULL STORY of the CIA-planned and executed contract 'hit' of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, president of the United States," that was to be published in George magazine. "It was full of very complete specifics, including such things as photostats of cancelled checks, travel vouchers, orders on CIA letterhead, personnel lists of participants, disposition of witnesses and evidence, etc," Ott reported, after, incredibly, failing to keep a copy of the file.

"The problem was," Ott continued, "I recognized the names of many of the key men who participated in the assassination, as well as the massive cover-up that followed. . . .

"These were not all Jewish organized crime bosses, some were men linked to my LDS church authorities and some were nationally prominent politicians in my beloved Republican Party! The file was extremely damning towards George HW Bush, who in 1963 was the CIA head in Dallas. The obvious involvement of the FBI and Dallas PD, and their subsequent squelching of information as outlined in the file made me physically sick," Ott wrote in an article posted on Rense.com--a main clearinghouse for anti-government propaganda.

Barbara Hartwell was programmed to serve in the CIA's psychological operations unit, trained in psychological profiling and in debriefing military and intelligence personnel, and toured with Ott's ally, Ted Gunderson. Gunderson, according to his own affidavit (Read: Gunderson Affidavit.pdf ) was a supervisor for the FBI/CIA MKULTRA COINTELPRO operation, after serving in Los Angeles as FBI, Division 5, director. Their agency was used to "disseminate intelligence on government corruption," Hartwell explained.

According to Hartwell and others, Ott is a shrewd propagandist "who promotes New Agers, occultists, false 'Christians,' liars and government shills." Hartwell's assignments, in touring with Gunderson, included muddling a child-trafficking operation linked to officials of the CIA, the U.S. Army, and the Church of Satan, claimed by Ott and his team of thugs to engage George H.W. Bush.

In fact, previous CIA Director Bush is blamed by Ott for the crimes in which Ott and his co-suspects are now implicated.

First there is the murder of Bush appointee, John Roll, whose immigration ruling shocked conservatives and prompted death threats from Ott's ideologues. Then there is Giffords's proposed legislation fighting money laundering by the drug cartels, claimed to harm, again, Bush. Next is Ott's widely publicized support for Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp--promoters of the "Franklin Cover-up" that heralded politicians and military officials engaging in satanic rituals, pedophilia, and sex slavery.

This “Franklin Cover-up,” now determined to be a double-coverup by COINTELPRO operatives, featured, allegedly, George H.W. Bush's acquisition of kidnapping victim Johnny Gosch, claimed by Ott's friend Gunderson to be Jeff Gannon--Bush's White House media correspondent. It was Gannon who leaked Valerie Plame's CIA commission, possibly expressing a Bush vendetta tied to her husband, U.S. Diplomat Joseph Wilson, for violating loyalties in declaring Saddam Hussein's Iraq free from nuclear weapons.

Finally, in Sept, 2009, Idaho Observer editor, Don Harkins, died of radiation poisoning, according to his wife, Ingri Cassel. Ott's friend and fellow radio talk show host Don Nicoloff is suspected of poisoning Harkins according to Cassel's writing to journalist Sherri Kane. Cassel based her statements on the concerns expressed by Bush family nemesis, British journalist Edward Harle (a.k.a., Christopher Story). Harle was assassinated, as per threats he reported, last July after this world leading financial industries whistle-blower disclosed Bush family ties to, allegedly, $4.7 trillion of funds illegally diverted from England to America. Harle's intelligence network suspected Nicoloff of feeding Harkins radioactive poison after he published Nicoloff's story claiming that Otto Scorzeny, Hitler's bodyguard, came to the U.S. after the war during the CIA's Project Paperclip, then changed his name, allegedly, to George H. Scherff, Jr., then later to George H. W. Bush.

Ott's co-conspirators, Greg Szymanski, Don Nicoloff, and Benjamin Fulford then implicated Dr. Horowitz in Harle's assassination by altering Harle's last writing. Szymanski created a fake Knights of Malta list containing Horowitz's name, and then Fulford attached it to Harle's final report.

Harle also reported that Fulford threated to kill him a few months before his death.

This group of co-conspirators feigned Horowitz's involvement in Harle's murder, to deceive investigators and ruin the doctor’s reputation and health products business, according to the damaged parties and filings prepared for the Court.

Given this history, it is clear that Horowitz and Kane are not the only victims of this gang of liars and murder suspects. The mass murder by Loughner, and life-threatening e-mails from True Ott's company of agents and aliases, makes most reasonable people believe that another mass shooting is possible, and even likely.

For the sake of humanity coming to terms with this sick and tragic reality, the journalists feel compelled as humanitarians to speak out, and relay these facts.

They have filed for a restraining order against True Ott for libelous and harassing cyber-stalking, have requested local police protection, and are urging Justice Department officials at the FBI to investigate the mailings that Sherri Kane received, along with their apparent ties to the Loughner slayings.
